Quarter 3 • 2025-26

2026 has dawned upon us. I remember penning my year end note in the last few days of 2025 reminding us the importance of prosperity with peace which can only be achieved by focusing on input or what we are supposed to do. This thought couldn’t be more relevant than now as we embark on the slog overs of the FY26 in the final quarter of the year. That makes it equally challenging and exciting at the same time since the new year woke up the world with a fresh geo-political event in Venezuela.
After the unanticipated shock of 50% tariffs imposed by the US becoming a reality in Aug, Q3 began with a hope that India-US shall be able to conclude their trade deal before the end of 2025. Well hope couldn’t materialize into reality and the external environment only got vitiated further with new geo-political events surfacing in Venezuela, Greenland and Iran. As the collapsed world order takes it time to find its new shape the silver lining is that the fundamentals of the Indian economy continued to remained steady with inflation further inching downwards and GDP growth gathering more steam. The out come has been that while the Indian markets haven’t delivered any stellar returns in CY2025 but they have remained steady. Growth of our business too mirrored the world around us with our AUM remaining steady though missing out on any growth. This is despite added challenges on account of pricing pressure and combative competition. That tells us about the strength of our business and motivates to stay focused on our input without any stress of the output. Our CARE and CALS teams continue to remain our power players this year with both having surpassed their total FY25 numbers by a wide margin by the end of Q3 of FY26. This is supported by both a steady flow of deal closures as well as our ability to raise our game by closing the biggest deals till now. Our capabilities to serve our clients as their complete family office have only multiplied.
We continue to do what we are supposed to which is invest in our business. Q3 saw us welcoming Sivakrishna to strengthen our wealth team in our Kochi office and Nihal to strengthen Sourish’s hands in CARE-South. We should be able to add 4 more wealth advisors to our NCR team in the Q4 out of which Damyanti is now already part of the CA Ship. Frontline professionals like them help us expand our market reach, serve more customers and therefore help us scale. Together with our stellar and committed platform teams in operations, technology, investment research, finance and people’s team we are able to live our Purpose of leaving the world richer than we inherited.
Friends, we are truly privileged and blessed that we don’t have to struggle to find our purpose in life when most do. That’s our bridge to truly create our legacy which is nothing else but what we create, build and leave behind. The last quarter of FY26 is calling us to put in our best input as something which we shall be forever proud of. Teams that are driven by a common goal are high on belief and therefore are able to execute well. Without execution dreams remain dreams. Thoughts converted into action create destiny.
Best wishes to everyone to close the financial year on the highest summit that you might scale till now in your life!!
Cheers!
