AIF Grievance redressal and dispute settlement mechanism

In the event the Client has any grievance with the Fund, the Client can write to the Compliance Officer of the Fund, whose contact coordinates are provided below:

In the event the investor does not get a response, or is not satisfied with the response, he / she may approach SEBI to address complaints against the AIF, registered with it. The complaint can be filed in SEBI Complaints Redressal System (SCORES) at https://scores.gov.in/scores/Welcome.html.

After exhausting these options for resolution of the grievance, if the investor is still not satisfied with the outcome, he / she can initiate dispute resolution through the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) Portal at https://smartodr.in/login.
