Donald joined Client Associates in 2023 with a mission to bolster and develop our Investment Banking team. With over 28 years of experience, Donald has played a pivotal role in assisting India's leading corporates and private equity groups. His expertise lies in originating and executing a wide range of financial transactions, including IPOs, QIPs, Rights issues, GDRs/ADRs, block deals, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
